detox day 1
My detox plan is a compilation of reccomendations made by Dr. Linda Page in her book Heatlhy Healing combined with my own personal modifications.
On rising: 1 lemon juiced with some honey
Breakfast: pomegranite juice with vitamin C crystals
Mid Morning: “Green Earth Juice” from whole foods market (spirulina, wheat grass, apples that i mixed with OJ b/c it was soooo not good)
lunch: juice of: beet, kale, dandelion greens, apples, pears & pineapple (to cover the flavor *somewhat*)
afternoon: potassium broth (lots of veggies boiled to broth with nori, liquid aminos and miso added) with carrot & apple juice (yummy stuff! finally!)
Late afternoon: more beet & dandelion juice mixed with papaya, pineapple & apples
Dinner: more potassium with they fixin’s plus cheyenne
Before Bed: Green & chammomile tea with honey & bee propolis
so not all of this is the yummiest in the world, but you can sure feel the effects!
